The set of six features the same artisan-made, hand-painted porcelain that fans of the original Spice Village know and love, but in new, hauntingly cute designs.
Each jar is styled after a haunted Victorian home with black cats, bats, and ravens silhouetted in the windows. The new jars are for poppy seeds, sesame seeds, anise stars, mulling spice, cardamom, and fennel—all perfect for the cozy season ahead. And though they are technically Halloween-inspired, the whimsical details and colors make them eerily perfect to display with the other Spice Village collectibles.
If you’ve always wondered what the hype is about, Lenox released the original Spice Village back in 1989. It was sold for a few years and then disappeared until 2024, when it made a triumphant comeback for a new generation of fans. Because the pieces are handmade, they evoke a one-of-a-kind beauty with delicate designs on real porcelain.
Thankfully, Lenox has been steadily expanding its Spice Village product line, so fans new and old can continue to add to their own collections.
