Ingredients
- 2 cups silver tequila
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lime juice (from about 12 limes), plus slices for garnish
- 1 1/2 cups triple sec
- 1/2 cup prickly pear syrup
- Kosher salt, for the glasses
Directions
- Step 1Stir together the tequila, lime juice, triple sec and prickly pear syrup in a pitcher. Chill at least 4 hours or until ready to serve.
- Step 2Spread some salt on a small plate. Rub the rims of 8 glasses with a lime slice and dip in the salt to coat the rims. Fill the glasses with ice and pour in the margaritas. Garnish each with a lime slice.
