Spicy Cowgirl Martini

This is a boozy take on my favorite coffee drink at The Merc!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. cooled espresso (or cold brew coffee)
  • 2 Tbsp. vodka
  • 2 Tbsp. coffee liqueur
  • 1 Tbsp. chocolate cream liqueur
  • 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. chile syrup (such as Pink House Alchemy)
  • Sprinkle of cayenne pepper, for garnish

Directions

    1. Step 1Chill a martini or coupe glass. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, chocolate cream liqueur, heavy cream and chile syrup to the shaker. Shake vigorously until the cocktail is cold and frothy, about 30 seconds. 
    2. Step 2Strain into the chilled glass. Top with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
