This Memorial Day snack board is just what you need to kick off summer in style, and everyone will love the red-white-and-blue theme! It's a perfect spread for cookouts and other summer gatherings: a mix of fresh veggies, crunchy chips, fun skewers, and, at the heart of it all, Heluva Good! French Onion Dip. The creamy dip pairs perfectly with all the fresh crunchy vegetables and salty snacks on the board, and because it's already made, you can whip up this fun board in minutes. Grab your favorite dippers (and your favorite people) and let the snacking begin!
Ingredients
- 1 container (12 oz.) Heluva Good! French Onion Dip
- 8 sweet piquanté peppers, drained
- 2 oz. feta, cut into 8 cubes
- 8 small blue carrots (from a bag of rainbow carrots)
- 8 small white carrots (from a bag of rainbow carrots)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 bunch radishes, halved lengthwise if large
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups sliced white mushrooms (about 4 oz.)
- 1 1/4 cups cherry tomatoes
- 12 water crackers (about 2 oz.)
- 2 cups white-cheddar popcorn
- 2 cups blue corn tortilla chips
- 1 cup blue potato chips
- 1 cup chili-lime rolled tortilla chips
Directions
- Step 1Put the Heluva Good! French Onion Dip in a small bowl and set it in the center of a large serving board (about 14-by-17 inches).
- Step 2Thread a sweet pepper and a piece of feta on each of 8 appetizer picks or toothpicks; set aside.
- Step 3Arrange the blue carrots, white carrots, bell pepper, radishes, cauliflower florets, sliced mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes in piles on the board around the dip. Fill in the remaining spaces on the board with the water crackers, popcorn, blue tortilla chips, blue potato chips, and rolled tortilla chips. Add the feta skewers.
