Spinach and artichokes are a match made in appetizer heaven. This three‑ingredient wonder proves you don’t need hours—or a long grocery list—to whip up something deeply satisfying for a hungry crowd. It’s right at home on a football tailgate spread beside Buffalo chicken sliders, air fryer jalapeño poppers, and pigs in a blanket, but the dip also makes a perfect after‑school snack or a fancy‑feeling appetizer for dinner guests (no one will know it took 10 minutes!). It's warm, creamy, and crowd‑pleasing—just stir, cook, and watch it disappear.

What goes into three-ingredient artichoke dip?

This quick and easy dip is made with jarred marinated artichoke hearts, baby spinach, and queso blanco dip. You can find queso at the grocery store next to the jarred or refrigerated salsas, or make your own. Be sure that your artichokes are marinated in oil, not water, because you'll need the oil to cook the spinach.

What should you serve with artichoke dip?

Anything that dunks makes sense to pair with this versatile dip. I'm partial to tortilla chips or pita chips. But you could also use warmed pita wedges, crispy crostini, or your favorite crackers.

Can you make artichoke dip ahead of time?

This dip is best served soon after it's made. You want it hot and bubbling fresh off the stove. The good news is that it only takes 10 minutes to put together, so you can feed a crowd quickly.

  • 1/2 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts, plus 1 tablespoon marinating oil
  • 2 cups loosely packed baby spinach, chopped (about 2 ounces)
  • 1 cup store-bought or homemade queso blanco dip
  • Tortilla chips or pita chips, for serving

Directions

    1. Step 1Heat the artichoke marinating oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the spinach and sauté until wilted, 2 to 3 minutes.
    2. Step 2Stir in the artichoke hearts and cook until lightly golden, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the queso blanco dip and cook until steaming hot.
    3. Step 3Pour into a small bowl and serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
