Skip the store-bought sweets and make something extra fun this year with this easy Easter bark! It’s as cheerful as it is delicious, with swirls of colorful candy melts, pastel chocolate candies, and plenty of festive sprinkles. Best of all, it comes together in under 30 minutes—perfect for those last-minute Easter basket additions. Add it to your list of favorite no-bake treats.

This recipe is also a great excuse to get the kids involved. Little hands will love swirling the colors together and sprinkling on all the decorations (and maybe sneaking a few bites along the way). No baking required, just a simple, creative activity that doubles as a sweet treat.

And don’t stop at Easter! With a quick swap of colors and candies, this bark transforms easily for birthdays, baby showers, or any holiday celebration. It’s one of those go-to recipes you’ll find yourself making again and again.

Do you have to use graham crackers as the base for this Easter bark?

No, but graham crackers add a nice crunch and structure. You can also make bark without a base or use vanilla wafers or pretzels instead.

What's the best way to melt candy melts?

Simply place the melts in microwave-safe bowls and heat them in short bursts in the microwave, stirring often, until smooth and melted. For the best results, follow the package instructions for timing. If the melts start to harden while you're working with them, pop them back in the microwave to re-melt.

How long does Easter bark take to set?

It typically sets in 15 to 20 minutes in the refrigerator, or about 1 hour at room temperature.

Can you make Easter bark in advance?

Absolutely! This Easter bark stays fresh for a while. It can be kept whole or broken up in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days or in the freezer for up to three months. Let it thaw at room temperature before enjoying.

Ingredients

  • 16 whole graham crackers
  • 2 cups white candy melts (about 12 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup light pink candy melts (about 4.5 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup light blue candy melts (about 4.5 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup yellow candy melts (about 4.5 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup pastel candy-coated chocolates (such as M&M's)
  • 2 Tbsp. pastel sprinkles or Easter sprinkles

Directions

    1. Step 1Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet, breaking to fit as needed.
    2. Step 2Melt the white, pink, blue, and yellow candy melts in separate medium microwave-safe bowls according to the package directions.
    3. Step 3Working quickly before the melts harden, pour the white candy melts over the graham crackers and spread in an even layer using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon. Drop spoonfuls of the pink, blue, and yellow candy melts randomly over the white layer. Swirl with a toothpick to create a marbled look.
    4. Step 4Top the bark with the candy-coated chocolates and sprinkles while the melts are still wet. Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes. Break into pieces.

Tip: Easter bark will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
