There’s just something about a slider that makes people lose their minds—in the best possible way! These BLT Burger Sliders are one of my favorite recipes to make for game day, family get-togethers, graduation parties, or those nights when you want burgers but don’t feel like firing up the grill. They’ve got all the best parts of a classic BLT sandwich—crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy mayo—stacked on top of tender little beef patties packed with flavor.

The secret to these sliders is mixing a little heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce right into the beef. It keeps the patties extra juicy and gives them that old-school diner burger taste everybody loves. Plus, broiling the burgers makes this recipe quick and easy, which means you can have a platter of warm, melty sliders on the table in no time.

Serve these mini burgers with potato chips, french fries, or dill pickle spears and watch them disappear.

How do you keep slider burgers juicy?

The secret to juicy sliders is adding a little heavy cream to the ground beef mixture. It helps keep the patties tender while they cook. Sliders can go from rare to overcooked very quickly, so keep your eye on them under the broiler and check for doneness on the early side.

Can you make these BLT burger sliders ahead of time?

Yes! You can shape the slider patties up to 24 hours ahead and keep them covered in the refrigerator. The bacon can also be cooked in advance and reheated just before serving.

What kind of beef is best for these sliders?

An 80/20 ground beef blend works best for juicy sliders because it has enough fat for flavor and moisture. Leaner beef can dry out more easily.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce (or less if you prefer!)
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 8 slider buns, split
  • Ketchup and mayonnaise, for serving
  • 8 small leaves romaine lettuce, cut in half
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions

    1. Step 1Preheat the broiler. Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until slightly crisp, about 8 minutes. Drain on a paper towel–lined plate and break each slice in half.
    2. Step 2Combine the ground beef, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and a few grinds of pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands. Form into 16 patties, about 3 inches in diameter. Place on a broiler pan or a wire rack set on a rimmed baking sheet.
    3. Step 3Broil the patties until just cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through. Spread the slider buns with ketchup and mayonnaise. Place the patties on the buns and top with the lettuce, tomato and bacon. Skewer with toothpicks.
