I’ve been making a version of pasta primavera since I was in high school, and this quick and easy ravioli primavera is such a fun twist! It’s full of green veggies like broccoli, asparagus, and peas, diced ham, and cheese ravioli all tossed in a creamy sauce with pesto and parmesan. It’s ready in just 25 minutes, which means you have plenty of time to make this perfect side salad and some garlic cheese bread to go with it!
Can you make ravioli primavera vegetarian?
Absolutely! Just leave out the ham and use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. Easy peasy!
What can you use instead of white wine?
There are lots of different white wine substitutes you can try, but the easiest one for this recipe is to just use extra chicken broth. You won’t get quite the same depth of flavor as you would from the wine, but the pasta dish will still be very delicious.
