Ree Drummond is turning her attention to a new room in the home: the living room. If the bedroom collection was designed to feel like a peaceful retreat, this next stop on the room-by-room tour of The Pioneer Woman home collection at Walmart is all about bringing people together.
Think of it as the heart of the house—the place where family gathers after dinner, friends settle in for long conversations, and lazy Sunday afternoons stretch a little longer. (A pitcher of sangria never hurts!) Inspired by Ree Drummond’s home at Drummond Ranch, every piece reflects her approach to decorating: dark wood furniture, soft upholstery, throw pillows, and a few Western-inspired accents snuck into the space. Because hey, would it be a home on the ranch without it?
The furniture lays the foundation for the whole collection, with rich wood finishes and spindle silhouettes that instantly feel familiar. While these standout pieces aren't available just yet, they'll be coming to Walmart.com soon—and they're worth the wait.
Take the oversized denim-blue square ottoman coffee table for example: With its tufted upholstery, turned wood legs, and open lower shelf, it's as practical as it is beautiful. It’s easy to picture it styled with coffee table books and decorative accents—or simply used as the perfect place to kick up your feet at the end of the day.
Comfort is equally important throughout the collection, especially in seating. An upholstered accent chair cushioned in soft ivory fabric strikes the balance between refined and relaxed. Paired with it, a side table echoes the same classic craftsmanship with beautifully turned legs and spacious shelving—perfect for displaying family photos, pottery, or anything at all.
Add the collection's throw pillows and blankets, and you’ll find it hard to get up! You can find those adorned with soft florals, classic gingham checks, and delicate embroidered designs, all represented in a variety of shapes and hues of dusty blue, blush pink, sage green, warm cream, and chocolate brown.
So what’s Ree loving most? The denim round pillow and a real cowhide patchwork pillow that she is “beyond excited about.” She adds: “What I love about this is what you find with all cowhide, every single piece is different. So, that’s what’s fun, when you order this pillow, it’s going to be a surprise.”
Don’t forget the coordinating throw blankets, which are perfect for draping over an armchair or the back of a sofa. They’re made of super soft fabrics and the most darling details like ruffle edges, encouraging everyone to slow down and get comfortable.
As with many of Ree's collections, it's the accessories that give the room its personality. Vases in her signature Agatha pattern (which will be on Walmart.com soon), carved wooden trays, layered coffee table books, and fresh floral arrangements create a gorgeously curated look.
One of Ree's (and Paige’s) favorites is the framed set of Western-inspired artwork. "The art is what blows me away the most," Paige says. "It looks like you got all the different pieces at an antique store, but you buy them altogether as a set."
The collection also includes a sculptural horse figurine that's become one of Ree's personal favorites. "I'm very excited about this," she says. "It is amazing how many places I want to put this guy." These pieces are a nod to her Oklahoma roots, after all!
Like the bedroom collection before it, this release reflects Ree Drummond's belief that the most beautiful homes are the ones that feel genuinely welcoming—and this living room is exactly the kind of place you'll never want to leave home.
