Ree Drummond is pulling up a chair to the dining room. After sharing special collections for the bedroom, living room, and kitchen, the final stop on her room-by-room home tour at Walmart celebrates a space that feels every bit as welcoming on an ordinary Tuesday night as it does on Thanksgiving Day. Filled with timeless furniture, layered table settings, and decorative accents, this collection is a sweet reminder that some of life’s best memories are made gathered around the table.
Rather than take a one-size-fits-all approach to furniture here, Ree has decided to introduce two distinct furniture collections, each with a personality all its own. Introducing: the Harper and Willa collections!
First, the Harper collection: This one embraces a classic heritage look with its rich wood finish, beautifully turned table legs, and coordinating ladder-back dining chairs.
Then, the Willa collection: It’s great for those who gravitate toward lighter wood and a more relaxed aesthetic. A coordinating glass-front china cabinet completes the collection. (Psst: And hey, this gives you a beautiful place to display your favorite PW dishes and serving pieces!)
Of course, the table itself is the star of the show. Instead of elaborate place settings, Ree likes to layer things in a way that feels welcoming and is easy to recreate: scalloped dinnerware, textured drinking glasses, woven runners, decorative pitchers, and oversized serving bowls that are ready for everything from roasted vegetables to homemade cinnamon rolls. (Definitely the latter.)
Ree especially loves the Agatha pitcher. “This is the triple-use item,” as she calls it, “so flowers, which we use it for flowers more than we use it as a vessel, but a vessel for lemonade, tea, and all the drinks, but also a utensil holder.”
The Agatha dinnerware collection (Ree’s all-time favorite pattern from her line) brings warmth through its delicate floral motifs and earthy tones. Paired alongside the embossed cream pieces from the Colette collection, the two patterns complement each other nicely, setting a table that feels collected over time instead of perfectly matched. “You can layer the pieces and create a really curated-looking table,” Ree adds.
The finishing touch comes from the collection's gingham placemats and coordinating table runner, which instantly make the table feel dressed for any occasion. Plus, they’re reversible! The other side is a quilted beige. “Both sides go with so many different things,” Ree explains. “You can put this with the blue Agatha, the green Agatha, the brown Agatha, the Colette.”
Beyond the table, the room is filled with thoughtful details like Ree’s new framed cowboy artwork, cowhide chair pads, cozy throws on the seats, fresh greenery, and softly glowing candles that create the feeling of a space that's been lived in and loved for years. That’s also thanks to Ree’s cooking, of course!
Perhaps the biggest takeaway from the dining room collection is that it's designed to be used—not admired from afar. The chairs are comfortable enough for staying through dessert, the serving pieces are made to be passed around again and again, and the linens are durable enough to become part of family traditions for years to come.
