Paige Drummond just wrapped up her summer in the best way! During the very last weekend of August, Paige jetted off to the historic coastal town of St. Augustine, Florida, with her husband, David, and his family—including his parents, grandparents, and sister. And based on her Instagram dump, Paige spent the weekend soaking up all the sunny days, sandy shores, and seaside charm with her husband and in-laws.
When Paige first touched down in the Sunshine State, she teased her trip by posting a silhouetted shot of her husband walking along the boardwalk at sunset. “Weekend getaway!” Paige wrote, tagging St. Augustine as the location on her Instagram Story. With the sky painted in pinks and oranges and a sliver of the ocean sparkling beneath it, we could already tell her weekend was going to be majestic! Then, the following day, Paige gave her Instagram followers another small glimpse at her weekend itinerary by uploading a photo of two tropical cocktails, garnished with hibiscus flowers and pineapple slices, at a cute waterfront restaurant.
But it wasn’t until Sunday night (a day before Paige’s 27th birthday!) that she released the highlights from her glittering oceanfront vacation. “St. Augustine with the Andersen fam! 🌞🌊🤍,” Paige captioned her 17-photo Instagram post. According to the photos, her trip looked like the perfect mix of relaxing and fun. The group arranged a sunset photoshoot on the beach, explored the historic downtown, posed in front of the marina, strolled through a tranquil park, sipped fruity cocktails in the sunshine, and took a dip in the backyard pool. That sounds like an unforgettable getaway to us!
A big chunk of Paige’s in-feed post was dedicated to their photo session on the shore. Paige and David obviously snagged an adorable couple shot, but they also took a sweet photo with David’s parents and dog. Then, Paige snapped a selfie with David’s mom and sister before capturing a heartwarming portrait of David with his grandparents. After the shoot, the crew popped open a bottle of champagne and cracked open canned beverages, which they enjoyed while watching the colorful sunset.
Of course, for every outing they had, Paige wore some fun outfits! During the sunset shoot, Paige wore a white, flowing, tea-length dress that coordinated with her pearl drop earrings and David’s white button-down shirt. As they took in the docked boats, Paige was clad in a navy-and-white striped dress with elegant gold jewelry and a slicked-back updo, and she wore a similar, shorter striped number during their park visit. For outdoor drinks, Paige sported a purple-and-white gingham blouse with a ruffled neckline and puff sleeves. No matter what she wore, her bubblegum pink nails were a standout accessory!
