Alex Drummond just shared a fuller look at her family’s Sedona vacation—and thankfully, this batch of photos makes up for the trip’s rocky start!
After opening up earlier about Sofia’s rash and their visit to urgent care, Alex posted a sweet little recap from Arizona that showed the family settling into vacation mode. “Embraced the chaos & said yes to a hiking trip 5m pregnant with a toddler 🤪” she captioned the photo dump. And that does seem to cover it!
A lot of the photos came from their hike, with gorgeous red rock views all around and Sofia along for the ride in the hiking backpack Mauricio carried. There was also a cute trail selfie of Alex and Mauricio, a photo of Sofia snoozing mid-hike, and one of Alex holding her during a snack break with those big Sedona cliffs in the background. Mauricio’s brother Carlos popped up in a few of the family shots, too.
Outside of the hike, Alex shared a few other special moments from the trip. There was a photo of Sofia on the plane in a little blue floral outfit, one of her standing at the hotel railing in pajamas looking out at the view, and several sweet dinner photos with Mauricio and Sofia all dressed up. Alex also posted a lovely shot with Mauricio’s mom, Sofia’s Abuela, plus another of Sofia toddling around outside while everyone relaxed.
It all looked really beautiful, but more than anything, it was nice to see the trip feeling normal and fun again after such a stressful beginning. Sofia seemed much more like herself, and the family looked happy to just be outside, together, enjoying Sedona.
And this won’t be the Scotts’ last trip for a while! Alex has already shared that she and Mauricio also have a Cabo babymoon coming up soon, which will be their first trip without Sofia in quite a bit. Stay tuned for more fun family photos!
